Listing 2,000 CD's on eBay (or Amazon...)

Hi, Experts!

I've decided to clear out a few thousand music CD's.
All used and in great condition, many genres.

Should I list them individually...?
And if so, how!?
Any automagic listing software for CD's, books, etc?

Or, should I sell them in wholesale quantities...
Lots of 25, 100, or ?

Oh, or rip them to an iPod and auction it off...

Your suggestions and comments are much appreciated.
